・To contact customers regarding service subscription applications, cancellations, and for
notifications regarding confirmation or changes to registered information.
・To provide information about bugs, maintenance and so on, or information related to
technical support, or presenting new services and functionality improvements.
・To provide quotations, invoices, delivery, maintenance, warranties, and recall information
related to products on sale.
・To provide information about EC web sites, payment processing services and so on.
・To execute transactions conducted by customers through EC web sites, payment processing
services and so on.
・To aggregate personal information as statistical data (without personally identifying
information) to be used as reference material for making the services more useful to customers.
・To contact customers in order to verify personal information, and other similar purposes.
・To inform and query customers.
・To ensure the use of rights, or the fulfillment of duties based on contracts (contracts
between our company and our customers, as well as contracts directly or indirectly related
to our business operations) or laws.
・To offer our services and manage users.

4. Measures to ensure the security of personal information:
We take the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
(1) Basic policy decisions
To guarantee that personal information will be handled appropriately, we have established internal basic policies on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines, on contacts and inquiries, and so on.
(2) Regulations on the handling of personal information
We have formulated internal regulations concerning the handling of personal information, as well as related supervisors and persons responsible, and their duties.
(3) Measures for systematically secure management of information
We appoint supervisors for handling personal information, and clearly stipulate the
responsibilities and permissions of employees handling such information.
We have established a reporting and communication system to supervise employees and notify
responsible parties when violations of laws or internal regulations, or signs thereof,
are identified.
We conduct regular internal inspections on the handling of personal information and make
appropriate audits.
(4) Measures to ensure human safety
We conduct regular training sessions for employees on the handling of personal information.
(5) Measures to ensure physical safety
We implement measures to manage employee access to data, and to prevent unauthorized
individuals from viewing personal information in areas where personal information is handled.
We restrict ways to extract personal information (such as imposing a blanket ban on saving
data to external storage).
(6) Measures to ensure technical safety
We use access controls to restrict the scope of data and personal information databases
handled by personnel.
We have implemented systems to protect information systems that handle personal information
from unauthorized external access or malicious software.
(7) Understanding of the external environment
We have implemented secure management measures based on an understanding of personal information protection systems in foreign countries in which personal information is stored.

6. On stored personal data
To request disclosure, amendment of contents, deletion, suspension of use, suspension of
sharing with third parties, or deletion of personal information managed by us, or of records
provided to third parties, please use the contact information below. We will send you the
application form and handle the procedures and follow-up.
Personal data that we retain pertains to the purposes of use (1), (2), and (3) listed in
section 3 above.

(2) Reception of Requests for Disclosure, etc.
We accept in-person inquiries, phone calls to our customer service desk, the use of inquiry
forms on our company website, or inquiries on paper sent by mail by persons directly
concerned. Please be advised that depending on the nature of your request we may require you
to separately mail documents verifying your identity and/or that of your representative.
Furthermore, we only accept mail inquiries from representatives.
(3) If the claimant is the person concerned
Copies of documents issued by official bodies such as your driver's license, passport, health insurance card, pension book, and so on.
(4) If the claimant is a representative
Identification documents of the representative (same as (3) above) as well as the following
documents:
For legal representatives: documents establishing one's authority of statutory
representation, such as official copy of the family register, certificate of registered
matters pertaining to guardianship, and so on.
For appointed representatives: power of attorney bearing the individual's registered seal
and a seal registration certificate.
(5) Handling fees
Requests for changes in address, phone number etc. do not incur any fees.
Requests for disclosure of purpose of use and for the disclosure of pertinent personal
information might be billed 3,000 JPY based on the content of the request and the means
necessary to fulfill it. Such fees shall be paid to our designated account as follows:
