Below, we provide information about our Company's handling of personal information (called Personal Information Subject to Disclosure) of a kind that relates to an end user's request for disclosure of the relevant information, or else requests for corrections, additions, partial deletions, suspension of the use of such information by our Company, or the removal and suspension of provision of such information to third parties.

Purpose of Use:

【Regarding Purposes of Use of Personal Information】

（1）Personal Information related to Customers and Business Partners

To respond to inquiries about our Company or our currently provided services
To collect fees based on a service's Terms of Use and prescribed fees
To contact users for confirming or otherwise treating subscriptions to or withdrawals from services, or for confirming or modifying registered information, etc.
To provide technical support information such as concerning malfunctions, maintenance etc. for services provided by our Company, or else to introduce new services, improvements, etc.
To collect statistical data based on non-identifying registered personal information, and using such data as reference for developing useful services for customers
To contact users in order to confirm personal information
To arrange meetings with users or to contact them
To exercise rights and fulfill obligations based on contracts (between our company and customers, as well as contracts directly or indirectly related to our Company's business), laws, etc.
To manage the users of our Company's services and the provision of those services

To do work related to e-learning business that is outsourced to us
To fulfill obligations with the Entruster

4. We do not provide personal information to third parties.

5. The handling of personal information may be outsourced because our web and mail servers are managed by outside parties.

6. Giving out personal information is voluntary for Customers. However, we might not be able to respond to inquiries should the necessary personal information be missing.

8. Regarding requests for disclosure

Concerning Personal Information Subject to Disclosure currently being handled by the Company:
If you wish to be notified about the purpose of use of your personal information, or for this information to be disclosed, or for corrections, additions or partial deletions to be performed on it, or the suspension of use, or removal and suspension of provision of such information to third parties regarding the contents thereof, please contact us using the information below. We respond to requests for disclosure and other such requests.

（2）Reception for disclosure requests etc.

You (the Customer) can make a request by calling or coming to the Customer Services & Operation Dept. reception desk, or by using the form on our Home Page, or by addressing us a letter. Please note that depending on the nature of your request, you may be asked to separately send documents so that we can verify your identity or the identity of your representative. Furthermore, requests by representatives on your behalf can only be addressed by mail.

（3）When the Applicant is the same as the Customer

Copies of identifying documents issued by public institutions such as driver's license, passport, health insurance card, pension notebook, etc.

（4）When the Applicant is a Representative

Submit the following documents in addition to documents for verifying the identity of the representative (same as (3) above).
If you are a legal representative: a document confirming that you have authority of representation, such as a copy of your family register or a copy of the certificate of registered matters of guardianship of adult.
If you are a voluntary representative: power of attorney registration certificate bearing your officially registered seal and seal registration certificate.

（5）Handling charges

Requests related to your registered information will be handled free of charge if they concern changes to address, telephone number etc. In case of requests for purpose of use notifications or disclosure of Personal Information Subject to Disclosure, according to the particulars of the request, a fee not greater than 3000 JPY might be requested. This fee shall be transferred to a bank account designated by the Company.
